I'm a barista at Seven Stars Bakery during the day and a barista at Vecchia Roma. I also work days at a bicycle shop. A three job wonder.

I <3 Soy Amaretto Steamers, but lattes are more fun to make

Anything fair trade is fine by me

I forget what it was called, but it was in NOLA, near Tulane, and it was wonderful.

Today my favorite movie is Blades of Glory. Tomorrow it will be Bedknobs and Broomsticks.

Better Than Ezra is my favorite, The Beatles are my most influential, well, them and VNV Nation. Jeez, I hate narrowing music into categories!

I fell into the specialty coffee haze in grad college and it's been a ride ever since! Checking out coffees in origin, Asia and Europe. Asia's my fav since they are on the upswing in coffee awareness.

Are you going to be around on March 1 -3? We are stopping by in NYC to put on the 2009 UBC. Maybe you could visit?
